Asian Inspired Sauce

One of our favorite things to make is a good sauce. They are easy to make and easy to mess up as well! This one took many trial and errors before we were satisfied. Give it a shot and let us know what you think.

Asian Inspired Sauce

This recipe was inspired by many dinners at a Hibachi restaurant.  I loved their dipping sauces and decided to come up with my own. I love to pair it with my Teriyaki Chicken with Fried Rice and Homestyle Fried Rice.
Course: sauce
Cuisine: asian
  • 1/2 Cup store-bought Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • Dash of Granulated Garlic or Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp finely minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp minced Ginger
  • 1 tsp store-bought Honey Ginger Dressing
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Whisk in a bowl.
  2. Heat to boiling and then simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Use this sauce for dipping or to pour over food.
