Farmers Market Fruit Crumble

I encourage everyone to utilize the produce at your local farmer’s markets! I have discovered so many fun recipes by doing this. Here is a great and easy fruit crumble that I came up with.




Farmer's Market Fruit Crumble
You can use this recipe with any fruit and it is amazing!
  • 6 cups of Fruit
  • 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 tbsp white sugar
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 6 tbsp cold Unsalted Butter cut into small cubes.
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Clean and prep fruit and put in a bowl.
  3. Mix 2tbsp all-purpose flour and 1tbsp sugar together.  Add to berries.  Add 1tbsp lemon juice (if your fruit is sour do not use this) and 1 tbsp honey. Mix until berries are coated.
  4. Pour fruit mixture into an 8x8 baking dish.
  5. Whisk 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 3tbsp white sugar, and 1/4ts salt until incorporated. Add butter cubes and work in by hand until dough is crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle evenly over fruit.
  7. Dust with cinnamon sugar and lemon zest ****This is totally optional****
  8. Cook for 35-40 minutes. *Sometimes we dust the crumble with powdered sugar.
