Lamb Ribs

Lamb ribs came about because we were trying to get our girls to try new things. Well, this was a success! They love the process of eating these as well as cooking them. Whenever you can eat your meat with your fingers is a good time for young ones!

Lamb Ribs
We love lamb in our house.  We eat it quite often and have started to get creative in our uses of it.
Ingredients
  • Rack of Lamb
Marinade:
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh chopped Thyme
  • 2 tbsp Rosemary
  • 1 1/2 tsp molasses
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
Instructions
  1. Mix Marinade.

  2. Salt and pepper each rib.

  3. Put ribs into Zip loc bag. (I double the bag up or you can use a bowl.)
  4. Pour marinade over lamb and let sit for 20 minutes.
  5. Heat Large skillet over medium heat. Use 2tbsp olive oil to the pan, to begin with.  If you need more oil use it.

  6. Cook Lamb to your desired temperature.  We prefer medium rare.
