*****I like to soak whatever vegetable I will be frying in buttermilk. I will cover the cut veggies and put them in the fridge for 4-24 hours.*****
- Buttermilk (I sometimes will add hot sauce and other seasonings)
- Garlic powder
- Gun powder (it is a seasoning blend from our local market)
- Salt and pepper
- The buttermilk is for soaking.
- Mix all dry ingredients and batter the vegetables of your choice.
- Fry the vegetables.
