Cornish Hens

I honestly love to cook cornish hens. These tasty birds look so beautiful when roasted! We have cooked these for our children several times and they adore that these are like “small chickens.” If you have picky eaters or want to throw an adult-oriented dinner party then I would recommend cooking up some cornish hens!
