Reese’s Ice Box Pie

Chocolate and peanut butter is such a great combination. Of course, most people love a good Reese’s Cup but why not make a pie that tastes just as good? This Reese’s icebox pie will be the hit at any get-together! It is also notorious for disappearing quickly from your own fridge.


Reese's Ice Box Pie

This easy to make pie will have everyone asking for the recipe! If you are like me, peanut butter and chocolate are one of your favorite combinations! Think of this as an oversized Reese Cup!

Course: Dessert
  • 5 King Sized Reese Cups
  • Bag of Mini White Chocolate Reese's optional
  • 1 Cup of Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • Pre-made Chocolate Pie Crust store-bought
  • 3-4 Cups Whipped Topping
  1. Put the king-sized Reeses and the mini Reeses in the freezer to harden. This will make them easier to work with.

  2. Blend the softened cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter together. (I used a hand mixer)

  3. Fold in the whipped topping into cream cheese mixture.

  4. Blend or crush the king-sized Reeses into crumbs. I put them in a Ziploc bag and beat them with a rolling pin.

  5. Fold the crumbs into the filling mixture.

  6. Pour the filling into the chocolate crust.

  7. I usually decorate using the mini Reeses. I place them randomly on top of the pie and press them into the mixture.

  8. Put the pie in the freezer for about 3-4 hours to set.

Recipe Notes

I usually let the pie sit out for about 20 minutes prior to serving. 

*I usually use my Whipped Topping recipe in this pie.
