Guacamole

Everyone in our home loves guacamole. I have been making this basic recipe for over 8 years now. I do believe I have perfected this one.

What better than a cold bite of guacamole on a hot summer day by the pool? Nothing. That is the answer. Seriously though, I love a freshly made dip!
