Parmesan Crisps

Parmesan crisps are an easy go-to snack in our house. The kidsΒ and adults love them all the same!

Coming up with quick snacks has become an art with our ever busy schedule. One day I decided it would be nice to use our left over cheeses and this is what I came up with!

Parmesan Crisps
Course: Appetizer

  • 2 cups shredded or grated cheese
  • Foil
  • Cooking Spray
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  3. Spray the foil with cooking spray.
  4. Take a pinch of cheese (about 1 tbsp) and place in a mound on the foil.

  5. Leave 1-2 inches between each cheese mound.
  6. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Keep and eye on the cheese and when the edges start looking crispy pull it out of the oven.

  8. Let the crisps cool for about 10 minutes on the counter.
  9. They should easily pop off of the foil so you can enjoy!
